Vendors and sampling at events

Eventfinda Stadium promotes a safe, and well organized food and beverage service within the venue. Clients are not able to supply any food & beverage or samples in or around the venue without first seeking approval of this with their event co-ordinator.

Any approved vending or sampling must be done in compliance with all applicable by-laws of Auckland Council and The Signed Venue Hire Agreement. At all times the hirer is responsible for the actions and outputs of any approved vendors on site.

Additionally,  any vending or sampling approved at Eventfinda Stadium needs to comply with our Waste Management Plan and also the Packaging Standards. All packaging of any sampled or distributed product must be stamped compostable and display a “7” on the base. If you are unable to provide suitable packaging, we are able to supply this to you at cost.

All prepaid packaging must be ordered online and cannot be ordered or paid for in the Venue.

Food registration for event organisers

Check the Auckland Council website for updated information about permits and rules related to vending and sampling at events in Auckland. Council by-laws and rules apply at all times to Eventfinda Stadium.

Food stalls and fundraising

Auckland Council regularly updates rules and guidelines as they relate to Fundraising and food stalls on public land. Please familiarize yourself with this information to ensure your event is compliant with any applicable bylaws.

Important information regarding the latest Covid-19 Level 3 Lockdown

Eventfinda Stadium is currently operating under Level 2 - Event Facility restrictions. This means we are restricted to no more than 100 people per designated non mixing zone. Please ensure you follow the guidance when you are onsite to help us reduce the spread of Covid-19.
