We challenge the notion that stadium food should be of subpar quality. To ensure the highest standards, all food and beverage distribution within our venue remains exclusively under our management.
If you have sponsors looking to distribute food samples or specific catering requests, please reach out to your Event Coordinator promptly. This ensures all requirements are met without any last-minute hitches.
It’s essential to familiarise yourself with our sustainability initiatives, as these are intricately tied to our Catering and Food & Beverage services within the venue.
When planning corporate events and banquets, rest assured that catering is handled exclusively by us. However, it’s advisable to discuss your needs with your Event Coordinator during the booking process to guarantee an optimal experience.
Occasionally, we do permit sponsored alcohol at our venue. If this is a requirement for your event, please ensure you liaise with your Event Coordinator at least 16 weeks in advance.

Check the Auckland Council website for updated information about permits and rules related to vending and sampling at events in Auckland. Council by-laws and rules apply at all times to Eventfinda Stadium.

Food stalls and fundraising
Auckland Council regularly updates rules and guidelines as they relate to Fundraising and food stalls on public land. Please familiarize yourself with this information to ensure your event is compliant with any applicable bylaws.
Eventfinda Stadium promotes a safe, and well organized food and beverage service within the venue. Clients are not able to supply any food & beverage or samples in or around the venue without first seeking approval of this with their Event Coordinator.
All food and beverage vendors are to complete and comply with the appropriate documentation and registration around catering/food licencing, packaging and waste removal required by Eventfinda Stadium. This application will be assessed by the Eventfinda Stadium management team. No exhibitor will be authourised to operate at Eventfinda Stadium unless their vendor application has been approved. Acceptance of suitable catering/food vendors is at the complete discretion of Eventfinda Stadium. Please note Eventfinda Stadium does not allow exhibitors to sell items that are in direct competition of what our in house catering offers. This includes but is not limited to coffee, ice cream, fish, chips, hot dogs, pastries etc. For a full list please contact catering@eventfindastadium.co.nz.
Any approved vending or sampling must be done in compliance with all applicable by-laws of Auckland Council and The Signed Venue Hire Agreement. At all times the hirer is responsible for the actions and outputs of any approved vendors on site.
Additionally, any vending or sampling approved at Eventfinda Stadium needs to comply with our Waste Management Plan and also the Packaging Standards. All packaging of any sampled or distributed product must be stamped compostable and display a “7” on the base. If you are unable to provide suitable packaging, we are able to supply this to you at cost.
All prepaid packaging must be ordered online and cannot be ordered or paid for in the Venue.
