We don’t accept that because it’s a stadium the food must be poor quality. To achieve this all catering and distribution of food and beverage in the venue is under the exclusive control of the venue.
Where you have sponsors intending to give out food samples or have specific catering requirements, please discuss these with your Event Coordinator as soon as possible to avoid disappointment on the day.
Please also make yourself aware of our sustainability initiatives as these are heavily connected to the Catering and Food & Beverage services within the venue.
Catering for corporate events and banquets is also provided exclusively by the venue but should be discussed with your Event Coordinator at the time of booking to ensure the best experience.
Sponsored Alcohol is permitted within our venue from time to time but must be discussed with your Event Coordinator at least 16 weeks prior to your event.

Eventfinda Stadium has been successfully delivering banquet dinners and awards events for more than 25 years. We have seen some of New Zealand’s largest corporate organisations and sporting communities grace our venue for a fabulous night out.
We have a maximum capacity of 1,800 for a banquet dinner in the main stadium floor and the potential for several hundred more on the mezzanine levels although we regularly host dinners in the 200-300pax space which work exceptionally well in the venue.

Built in 1992, the stadiums first in house café was created, Café 92. Located next to the main foyer, this is our main food and beverage outlet for events. We serve delicious Altura coffee, alcohol, light food to the best hot chips in town.
The Courtside Grill and Kings Lounge kitchen are our other catering facilities which open for larger events to ensure we can fill everyone’s pukus.
We have successfully serviced thousands of happy patrons with fresh, healthy and speedy food options.
Eventfinda Stadium promotes a safe, and well organized food and beverage service within the venue. Clients are not able to supply any food & beverage or samples in or around the venue without first seeking approval of this with their Event Coordinator.
All food and beverage vendors are to complete and comply with the appropriate documentation and registration around catering/food licencing, packaging and waste removal required by Eventfinda Stadium. This application will be assessed by the Eventfinda Stadium management team. No exhibitor will be authourised to operate at Eventfinda Stadium unless their vendor application has been approved. Acceptance of suitable catering/food vendors is at the complete discretion of Eventfinda Stadium. Please note Eventfinda Stadium does not allow exhibitors to sell items that are in direct competition of what our in house catering offers. This includes but is not limited to coffee, ice cream, fish, chips, hot dogs, pastries etc. For a full list please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any approved vending or sampling must be done in compliance with all applicable by-laws of Auckland Council and The Signed Venue Hire Agreement. At all times the hirer is responsible for the actions and outputs of any approved vendors on site.
Additionally, any vending or sampling approved at Eventfinda Stadium needs to comply with our Waste Management Plan and also the Packaging Standards. All packaging of any sampled or distributed product must be stamped compostable and display a “7” on the base. If you are unable to provide suitable packaging, we are able to supply this to you at cost.
All prepaid packaging must be ordered online and cannot be ordered or paid for in the Venue.
Check the Auckland Council website for updated information about permits and rules related to vending and sampling at events in Auckland. Council by-laws and rules apply at all times to Eventfinda Stadium.
Auckland Council regularly updates rules and guidelines as they relate to Fundraising and food stalls on public land. Please familiarize yourself with this information to ensure your event is compliant with any applicable bylaws.
