At Eventfinda Stadium we are committed to equality of experience. Our team is here to assist you if you have any form of specific requirement. Below is an outline of how we deliver an equitable experience for those with specific needs. Eventfinda Stadium is one of the most accessible friendly Stadiums in Auckland. With over 30 Disability seat positions in the venue and more than double the number of code required Disabled access parks we are committed to a great experience.
On-Site disabled Parking spots are strictly reserved for those displaying a Disability Permit. Parks are located immediately to the right of the main Stadium entrance. There are 16 disabled parks in total available, with additional able to be added for events with specific requirements.
Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible seating and parking are available through Eventfinda.co.nz and at Eventfinda Stadium Reception. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the Stadium. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and three (2) companion seat adjacent to the accessible seat as available. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.
Eventfinda Stadium can provide complimentary wheelchair or assistance guides to guests with special needs when requested. Our staff guides are available at the main entry any entry point. We ask that guests make advance guide arrangements by contacting the Stadium prior to arriving.
Eventfinda Stadium is committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are on a first-come/call, first-serve basis and will depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that any companion tickets will remain unsold and available.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at Reception. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer.
Eventfinda Stadium can provide complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at the main entry any entry point. We ask that guests make advance escort arrangements by contacting the Stadium prior to arriving. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event where the wheelchair is provided by Eventfinda Stadium.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited at Eventfinda Stadium with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities.
Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Stadium guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Parking & Entrances
Here at Eventfinda Stadium we are proud to offer free carparking to our clients & their guests.
If you are attending an event here, your best option for parking is outlined below. Please ensure you read the information as it contains an important update. Eventfinda Stadium has approximately 600 onsite parking spaces available. You can access our carpark via two entrances, Silverfield (North entry) and Argus Place (West entry).
Eventfinda Stadium offers memberships to the venue and included in the membership is free parking in our carpark. You can find more information on our memberships on our website. During events, attendees may park in our carpark without a venue membership. The number of parks available for each event may vary depending on the event requirements.
At Eventfinda Stadium, there designated disability access parks, reserved for those displaying a disability permit. Parks are located immediately to the right of the main Stadium entrance. There are 10 disability access parks in total available. If you require more than this for an event you are hosting, please have a chat to our Event Coordinator.
If you are looking to host an event at Eventfinda Stadium and use our carpark space as part of your event you may be able to hire some of the carpark. Our carpark is not always available for hire or there may be restrictions for use, so please discuss this with our Sales and Marketing Manager at the time of hire.
There are a number of carparks used by neighbouring business for staff and visitors. We respect that these businesses need to be able to continue their day to day operations when we are hosting event events. Therefore, during events, these carparks remain the primary use of those business in order to continue their day to day operations and access. Have a chat to our Event Coordinator for a full carpark plan when planning your event.

Internet & Streaming
Eventfinda Stadium has Wi-Fi enabled throughout the venue. This is provided by Vodafone on a 100/100MB UFB circuit.
This infrastructure is designed for WiFi for guests and general internet use is free for users although no guarantees are made about stability as it is a Ultra Fast Broadband network.
The WiFi network is NOT suitable for streaming or critical event infrastructure use. To enable streaming or critical event functionality please talk to your Event Coordinator to establish what is needed to provide the most robust functionality.
Hirers are able to request their own networks WiFi at a cost of $200-250 + GST per event.
Cabled or Hardwire (Cat-5) connections are available at a cost of $200-350 + GST per connection

Our venue is equipped with a modern and highly adaptable Wi-Fi system throughout most rooms and spaces within the Stadium.
As the first indoor stadium in Auckland our venue has limited “hard-wire” capabilty on site however we can make this happen in many places where it is economical.
Visitor Wi-Fi is provided via an open network which requires the agreement and acceptance of standard terms and conditions of use. This network (EVENTFINDA GUEST) is unmetered and has very limited content blocking to ensure equitable access. We do manage this network during periods of high use and will disable clients that are demanding excess bandwidth or prejudicing other users of the network.
From time to time clients request a specific network for their exhibitors and or guests and wish to have this with their own custom WI-FI network name and password.
We are able to facilitate this through through the CUSTOM NETWORK REQUEST form available on this website. A fee is payable to cover the cost of configuring the network and this fee increases the closer we get to the booking. All requests are to be submitted through this network.
Occasionally clients will request a hardwired internet connection. As the building has only a few of these connections installation of these cables is more difficult than the delivery of a custom WI-FI network and are therefore much more expensive.
We recommend you avoid the use of Hardwire/Cat-5 cables inside the venue wherever possible.
Streaming from the venue is often possible however not guaranteed. We have had limited success in the past with streaming solutions, however due to the nature of the connections to the public network these can from time to time be unreliable.
We recommend talking to your event coordinator if you have a requirement for guaranteed up time or critical broadcast internet provision as we are able to install these with appropriate notice.
Streaming is not recommended from the Eventfinda Stadium Network.
Hours of Access
- All contractors must complete EFS Health & Safety Induction Plan upon arrival. This is to be renewed every 12 months.
- All event contractors must supply their health and safety plans to the Event Coordinator prior to event.
