COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Member / Visitor Information

The below information is intended to our Eventfinda 

Stadium members and other visitors to understand the protocols and requirements that will be in place at our venue while New Zealand navigates our way through the Covid-19 pandemic. 

One of the following conditions of entry must be met by all users, visitors and staff before entering the stadium. Failure to register through one of these systems will see you denied entry to the venue. 

Casual Visitors (Couriers, Deliveries, Cafe etc) 

All visitors must sign in using one of the stadium approved entry tracing systems. Casual visitors will be able to register at reception on entry through one of the stadium owned i-pads. Any visitors refusing to sign in will be denied entry to the building. 

Members (Daily, Weekly and Monthly pass holders) 

All members must swipe their access tag at the entrance to the stadium. This will ensure your details and time of visit are captured in the system. Those who do not have an entry swipe are encouraged to get one, but can check in manually at reception. expect delays if you are intending to use this method. This method of access entry is only available to members of Eventfinda Stadium. 

Anchor Users (Harbour Basketball / Harbour Gymnastics) 

Evening basketball participants are those participating in Harbour Basketball scheduled activities. For the purpose of this management plan and COVID-19 contact tracing, these activities are not considered a ticketed event. Participants will be required to register their details using the registration form.

Any non-event visitor entering the venue for any reason excluding casual court use, are still required to provide their details via our online registration form regardless of the time spent in the venue or reason for visit.

      • Any stock deliveries are to be placed in the stock receiving crate at reception before being handled by staff.
      • All stock delivered is to be cleaned in line with cleaning schedule before being distributed within the venue.
      • EFS staff are still required to follow standard stock receiving processes.
      • Ipads will be stationed at entry points with the registration form displayed for visitors to register their details.
      • QR codes will be posted at entry points which links to the registration form for visitors to scan to register their details (for those that wish to register on their own device and not an i-pad provided

All other visitors, including evening basketball participants are required to follow the below procedures.

Entering the Venue

      1. Practice social distancing when waiting to enter EFS.
      2. Enter the venue through the designated entrance point.
      3. Sign in at the designated entrance point via the registration form.

Exiting the Venue

      1. Practice social distancing when waiting to exit EFS.
      2. Exit the venue through the designated exit point.

Important information regarding the latest Covid-19 Level 3 Lockdown

Eventfinda Stadium is currently operating under Level 2 - Event Facility restrictions. This means we are restricted to no more than 100 people per designated non mixing zone. Please ensure you follow the guidance when you are onsite to help us reduce the spread of Covid-19.
