Parking Is Changing at Eventfinda Stadium

From Monday 27 July 2026, the Silverfield carpark at Eventfinda Stadium moves to paid parking.

Eventfinda Stadium maintains the Silverfield carpark, and keeping it in good condition takes ongoing investment. To fund that work fairly, paid parking starts on Monday 27 July 2026. This page explains what is changing and what it means for you.

Charging only applies during the day and will cease at 1500 on weekdays. Weekends will be chargeable unless during an event day.

Parking for Events will remain free, please check the app/QR-code onsite to be certain.

Evening and community activities outside the charging window are not affected.

How It Works

Cameras at both ends of the site read your number plate as you enter and leave. There are no ticket machines and nothing to display on your dashboard. Your parking session is worked out automatically from your plate.

If you park here regularly, download the ParkAt app to register your plate, manage payments, and hold a monthly pass.

Who Parks Free, Who Pays

Free parking:

Eventfinda Stadium, Harbour Basketball and Harbour Gymnastics staff (plates whitelisted)
Harbour Basketball and Harbour Gymnastics visitors (validated, first 120 minutes)
Anyone parking beyond the 3×3 court
Drop-offs and pick-ups within 10 minutes

Paid parking:

General and casual visitors
Local business staff without a membership or monthly pass
Visitors staying longer than their free validation period
10 minutes free parking is provided for drop off and pickup
Free parking commences 3pm daily.

For Local Businesses and Regular Parkers

Many people working nearby park with us each day, and we want to keep it that way. From 27 July there are three easy ways to keep parking here:

Buy a monthly pass at the discounted rate of $3 per day through the ParkAt app.
Set up a business membership. Your employer pays for a block of spaces and adds staff plates to an online portal. Those vehicles register in the app as part of the employer package and will park free up to the agreed number of spaces. Get in touch with us to arrange this.

For Harbour Basketball and Harbour Gymnastics Visitors

If you are visiting for basketball or gymnastics:

Staff are whitelisted and never charged. There is nothing to do.
Visitors scan the QR code at the entrance to Harbour Gymnastics or Basketball offices and enter your plate.
Your first 120 minutes are free, after that the standard $5 daily or $2 hourly rate applies.

Scan in every time you visit so the system knows you are with us.

For Casual and General Parkers

Park and go. Cameras record your plate and your session is charged automatically.
Pay through the ParkAt app, or settle your session afterwards.
The rate is $5 per day, or $2 per hour.
Dropping off or picking up? You have a 10-minute grace period.

Event Days

On major event days the parking charges are switched off. Event parking is managed as usual, and any changes are signposted on the day. For details please scan QR code to determine if paid parking is active.

Conditions of Parking

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the car park at Eventfinda Stadium (“Car Park”). By using the Car Park, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions set forth herein, you must refrain from using the Car Park.

1. Use of the Car Park
1.1 Entry and use of the Car Park is subject to the terms and conditions set out below by the owner of the Car Park (“Owner”)
1.2 The Car Park is provided for the sole purpose of parking vehicles. You may use the Car Park only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 The Car Park is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and availability cannot be guaranteed.
1.4 The Car Park is available during the specified operating hours. Any use of the Car Park outside of these hours is strictly prohibited.
1.5 You must comply with all posted signs, rules, and regulations governing the use of the Car Park.

1.6 Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in your vehicle being towed.

2. Vehicle Parking
2.1 You may park only one vehicle per designated parking space.
2.2 You must park your vehicle within the marked parking spaces and ensure that your vehicle does not obstruct any other vehicles or impede the flow of traffic.
2.3 The Owner is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in the Car Park. You park your vehicle at your own risk. In particular you acknowledge that that Car Park is:
(a) adjacent to a golf course and that there is a risk that your car will be struck by a golf ball; and
(b) subject to flooding during heavy rain events,
and you carry the risk of any damage caused to your car as a result of any of those events.

3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Car Park:
(a) Engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities.
(b) Damaging, defacing, or vandalizing any property within the Car Park.
(c) Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances within the Car Park.
(d) Loitering, littering, or creating a nuisance within the Car Park.
(e) Engaging in any form of commercial activity, including soliciting or advertising, without prior written consent.
(f) Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Car Park or other users’ enjoyment of the Car Park.

4. Liability and Indemnity
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Car Park.
4.2 You agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Car Park or any violation of this Agreement.

5. Modification and Termination
5.1 The Owner reserves the right to modify or terminate this Agreement, the availability of the Car Park, or any aspect of the Car Park at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The Owner may refuse access to the Car Park or revoke your right to use the Car Park at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
