  • Eventfinda Stadium – Promotion & Artwork Guide

This guide sets out the promotional opportunities available at Eventfinda Stadium and the artwork specifications required to promote your event across our venue and digital platforms.

This page forms part of the promotional conditions associated with your venue hire. Artwork that does not meet these specifications may not be displayed.

Quick Summary – What You Need to Supply

All measurements are measured in pixels (px). All images should have around 50/100 pixel around the inner egde of the image where no important text or logos are displayed, but the main image should spill. This ensures important details such as tickets etc are not trimmed off on various display units. 
 
  • Main foyer & internal screens: 1920 × 1080 px (PNG or JPG)
  • Court door banner: 5760 × 1080 px total (or 3 × 1920 × 1080 px)
  • Website event image: 1920 × 1080 px (PNG or JPG). Ensure no venue name and 
  • Ticketing image: 1170 × 504 px (PNG or JPG)

 

In‑Venue Digital Promotion

Main Foyer Mega Screen

  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Size: 1920 × 1080 px
  • Format: PNG or JPG
  • Optional video: MP4 or AVI, maximum 30 seconds, no audio

Best suited to bold, high‑impact imagery with minimal text.

Internal Digital Screens

  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Size: 1920 × 1080 px
  • Format: PNG or JPG

Banner Above Internal Court Doors

  • Total size: 5760 × 1080 px
  • Displayed as three panels, each 1920 × 1080 px
  • Format: PNG or JPG

You may supply one continuous image or three visually connected panels.

 

Website & Online Promotion

Eventfinda Stadium Website – Event Listing

  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Size: 1920 × 1080 px
  • Format: PNG or JPG

Website Hero Image (where applicable)

  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Size: 800 × 500 px
  • Format: PNG or JPG

Eventfinda Ticketing Image

  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Size: 1170 × 504 px
  • Format: PNG or JPG

 

Venue Naming & Branding Requirements

The venue must be named consistently across all promotional material.

Correct name: Eventfinda Stadium

Do not use: North Shore Events Centre, NSEC, Shore Events Centre, Eventfinda (this is a tickeitng agency not a venue) 

Artwork containing incorrect venue naming may be removed at the venue’s discretion.

 

Use of Eventfinda Stadium Logo

  • Use only approved Eventfinda Stadium logos
  • Do not recolour, stretch, crop, or alter the logo
  • Ensure adequate clear space around the logo
  • Use the white reverse logo on dark backgrounds only
  • White Reverse – Horizontal Logo / Vertical Logo 
  • Full Colour – Horizontal Logo / Vertical Logo

Artwork Submission & Deadlines

  • Artwork must be supplied at least 5 working days prior to your event
  • Late or incorrect artwork may not be displayed

Important Conditions

Eventfinda Stadium reserves the right to decline, remove, or replace promotional material that does not comply with these guidelines, contains incorrect venue information, or is deemed unsuitable for display within the venue.
